LSI Wireless Wind Speed Indicators provide users with the following features:

Display shows current wind speed value and wind speed limit setting
User settable wind speed limit
Display will output audible and visual alarms
Standard wind gust alarm
Direct Sequence-Spread Spectrum-Two Way Communication
Transmission range: 3,200 feet; 1,000 meters
Ships as standard with 1-"D" Cell lithium battery, 2-4 years battery life
Users can replace lithium battery with "D" Cell alkaline battery if lithium replacement battery is      unavailable when battery goes low. Battery life is 6 months to 1 year using alkaline
User replaceable wind cups
Potted electronics for increased water proof protection

Display can data log wind event history, download data to Palm Pilot via displays infrared port
Optional lockouts can be connected to display
