Wire line Tensioners.

120K, 160K, 200K, and 250K systems. These are 50ft line travel and available at working pressures of 2400 psi, 3000 psi, and 3500 psi. They are configured in either single line groove and dual groove sheaves for lighter weight. The dual grooved tensioners are ideal for upgrades. Our 120K system will fit within an 80k envelope.

Ram Tensioners:

Load range to 1600kips and pressures up to 3500psi MAWP, 20ft stroke to 40 ft stroke ranges. Ideal for SPARS, and Floating/moored vessels.

Direct Acting, Hanging Tensioners:

Stroke ranges from 6 ft to 20 ft and in some cases up to 35 ft, can be integral to the deck or arranged on a cassette for easy installation. Pressures can range from 2400 psi to 3500 psi, typical application is for TLP’s and some SPARS.
